2. Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

4. Account Registration and Security

The following conditions apply to account registration and the ongoing security of your hg99 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• 4.1Account registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password chosen by the Player, and confirmation that the Player meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.
• 4.2You must not share your account credentials (mobile number, password, or one-time verification codes) with any third party. hg99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is your sole responsibility.
• 4.3If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hg99 support immediately via the live chat feature. hg99 will temporarily lock the account pending investigation and take appropriate remedial action where unauthorised access is confirmed.
• 4.4hg99 applies SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Player's browser and the platform. However, hg99 cannot guarantee security against all possible forms of cyberattack. Players are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to access their account only from trusted devices and connections.
• 4.5hg99 reserves the right to verify a Player's identity at any time by requesting documentary evidence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Section 5

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on hg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hg99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers. The following conditions apply.

• 5.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by hg99, however individual payment providers (e.g., bKash daily limits) may impose their own transaction caps. hg99 is not responsible for transaction limits imposed by third-party payment providers.
• 5.2Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by hg99. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and to comply with our payment processing obligations.
• 5.3The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hg99 will process withdrawal requests within the stated processing window (typically 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours). Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 5.4All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. hg99 reserves the right to request proof of identity (government-issued ID), proof of age, and proof of the payment method used before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide the requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• 5.5hg99 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may charge their own service fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Section 7

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

hg99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their play. The following provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all Players.

• 7.1Players may set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from their account settings at any time. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• 7.2Players may apply a self-exclusion to their account for a minimum period of 1 month, up to a maximum of 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place any wager. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• 7.3hg99 may, in its discretion, intervene where it identifies patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling — for example, frequent large deposits followed by rapid losses, or unusually extended play sessions. Such intervention may include contacting the Player directly and recommending responsible gaming resources.
• 7.4hg99 requires all Players to acknowledge that casino games and sports betting are forms of entertainment and carry a risk of financial loss. By using the Service, you confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that you are not using gambling as a means to address financial difficulties.

Section 9

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the hg99 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Service — is the exclusive property of hg99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the hg99 platform without the express prior written consent of hg99.

The hg99 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of hg99. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right to use the hg99 name, logo, or other brand identifiers in any manner without the express prior written consent of hg99.

Section 11

11. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

hg99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, hg99 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact information or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and contact support to close your account.

hg99 may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time with or without notice where hg99 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where hg99 is required to do so to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Upon termination, hg99 will process a refund of any verified real money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
